Cancellation Policy

• Orders on SAIROX HOME APPLIANCES can only be cancelled before they are packaged for shipping. No cancellation will be accepted after dispatch.
• You can cancel your order on wathsapp on (+91)7248479470 or by emailing us on infosairox@gmail.com
• In a rare case if a cancelled order is still delivered, please raise a return request on infosairox@gmail.com .Within 24 hours our team will raise a Return from your side only in certain cases.
  • Product should not be opened or used.
  • Product should be return in that condition as delivered.
• After a successful cancellation/return of order a refund will be processed within 3-5 days into the original payment method used while the ordering, the company may use any other ways to initiate the refund if required.

Shipping and handling fees of returned item is paid by seller if the return is due to the seller error (defective item/incorrect delivery only). For others, the shipping charges will be paid by the customer itself.
