Return Policy & Refund Policy

• Any defect, complaints, cancel or return can be referred to the company at (+91) 7248479470 or can be emailed to us at infosairox@gmail.com
• The customer can cancel the order for the product till we ship it. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
• The user may return the product with in 24 hours after getting the order in the following cases by raising a complaint on wathsapp (+91)7248479470 or email us on infosairox@gmail.com
  • Product delivered were defective/damaged.
  • Product delivered are past or expired.
  • Product delivered do not match your order.
  • Product delivered should not be used.
• Before returning product, please call us on (+91)7248479470 for confirmation of the return. Our customer care team first verify the Order number, Your name, Name of the product, Invoice number and the reason why you are returning the products.
• After Verification of the process done by our customer care that the return or refund is genuine and reasonable, this will be initiated for further process within 24 hours.
• For all orders which could not be executed by the company, the amount collected would be refunded within 3-5 days from the time of confirmation of orders cancellation by Sairox Home Appliances. Such refund (if any) shall be effected via payment gateway or such other mode of payment by Sairox home appliances.
• For prepaid orders if the order placed by the customer and cancelled the order before shipping, the amount shall be refund within 3-5 days of cancel the order. After shipping of product by our end the product can’t be cancelled.

NOTE- SAIROX HOME APPLIANCES reserves the right to cancel any orders without assigning any reason/ground.
